When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at 03-7781 8161 or 016-7748 161 or email us at admin@guanyinworld.org for assistance.
Please provide the invoice number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. You will be given a return number for you to return the damaged part to us.
You are requested to return the damaged items to below address within 14 days of the delivery date and describe the damaged of item shipped.

Please allow 30 days from the day you return your product for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.
All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable. Products are to be returned in its original brand-new condition via sender’s preferred delivery mode. We recommend that you use a reliable courier service with parcel tracking services to prevent damages.

In the rare circumstance that your product is missing from your order, please report to us within 3 days of the received date and we will be happy to assist you.
Guanyin World Foundation reserves the right of final decision if the product returned is in unsatisfactory condition, or the above terms are not met.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving goods to us in their original condition.
You will receive email notification of your refund from us. Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
